Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of AustraliaStayList.com and explain the basis on which hotel information, room details, indicative rates, links and stay enquiries are presented.
Last updated: September 20261. Introduction
These Terms apply when you access or use AustraliaStayList.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its security or the experience of other visitors.
The website provides hotel information and a way to prepare an enquiry. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. A confirmed reservation may also be subject to separate booking terms, rate conditions, cancellation terms, payment requirements and property policies supplied during the reservation process.
2. About AustraliaStayList
AustraliaStayList is a Sydney hotel offering rooms and suites, shared guest spaces, breakfast and bar service, local stay information and direct enquiry contact. The website is intended to help guests understand the general character of the hotel and decide whether it may suit their trip.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as creating a reservation merely because a visitor views a room, selects an enquiry option or prepares an email.
3. Website information
Content may include photographs, descriptions, room sizes, lists of amenities, local travel context, indicative rates, dining information and general service details. The purpose is to provide a useful overview of the hotel.
Hotel operations can change. Furnishings may be replaced, menus can change, maintenance may temporarily affect a facility and services may vary by season, date, staffing or operational requirements. If a particular feature is essential to your stay, confirm it before finalising a reservation.
4. Room descriptions and images
Room names, approximate sizes, bedding configurations and facility lists are intended to describe room categories at a general level. Individual rooms within a category can differ in orientation, outlook, floor, layout, furniture positioning and other details.
Photography is intended to communicate the style and general character of the hotel. A particular photograph does not guarantee that every room in the same category will have an identical view, furniture arrangement or decorative detail.
5. Indicative rates
Prices displayed on AustraliaStayList.com are indicative “from” references. They can vary according to travel date, room category, occupancy, stay length, inclusions, promotions, taxes or charges, booking channel and applicable rate conditions.
An indicative price is not an offer that remains available for all dates. The current total price and the conditions attached to that price should be confirmed during the reservation process before you commit to a booking.
6. Availability
Room availability changes continuously as reservations are made, modified or cancelled. The website does not represent that a room displayed on a page is available for a particular date.
Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not hold a room. A room should only be treated as reserved when the guest receives a clear booking confirmation through the relevant reservation process and completes any steps required by the applicable rate conditions.
7. Stay enquiries
The contact form can be used to assemble a draft email with details such as your name, contact email, preferred dates, guest count, room preference and message. You remain responsible for reviewing the draft and choosing whether to send it through your email application.
Sending an enquiry is a request for information. It does not guarantee availability, price, a particular room, an early arrival, a late departure, parking, a special request or any other service until that item has been explicitly confirmed.
8. Reservations, payments and cancellation terms
A reservation may be subject to separate conditions describing payment timing, deposits, cancellation windows, no-show consequences, amendments, taxes, fees and other booking rules. Different rates for the same room can carry different conditions.
Guests should review all reservation details carefully before confirming. If a booking is made through a third-party booking provider, that provider's terms, payment process and cancellation conditions may also apply.
Do not send payment card details through ordinary website enquiry messages unless a secure payment method has been specifically provided for that purpose.
9. Guest responsibilities and special requests
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing booking details, meeting payment and arrival requirements, respecting property rules and communicating relevant needs in time for the hotel to assess them.
Accessibility requests, bedding preferences, dietary requests, parking needs and other special arrangements should be raised before arrival. The hotel can only confirm a special request where it is able to provide it and communicates that confirmation.
10. External links and third-party services
The website may link to maps, transport resources, social services, third-party booking platforms or other external websites. AustraliaStayList does not control the content, availability, security or privacy practices of independent third-party sites.
Use of an external service is subject to that service's own terms. A link is provided for convenience or context and does not necessarily mean that AustraliaStayList endorses every statement, service or product available through the external site.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original layout, written content, branding and design elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal travel planning and may save or print limited information for that purpose.
You may not reproduce substantial parts of the website, present its content as your own, remove rights notices, commercially redistribute content or use the brand in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement without appropriate permission.
12. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to damage, overload, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the website or its supporting systems. Automated access that places an unreasonable load on the website, introduces malicious code, circumvents security controls or collects information unlawfully is prohibited.
13. Information accuracy and updates
AustraliaStayList aims to keep the website useful and accurate, but hotel information can change between updates. Guests should verify any detail that is important to the decision to book, including current room features, operating hours, accessibility, parking arrangements, service inclusions, pricing and cancellation conditions.
14. Limitation of information and liability
The website is a source of hotel information and does not remove the need to review the specific terms of a reservation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AustraliaStayList is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on outdated or incomplete website information where the relevant detail was subject to change and could reasonably have been confirmed before booking.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, hotel services, booking processes, external providers or applicable requirements. The version published on the website at the time of use is the current version.
